Refund Policy

Effective: April 8th, 2026

Thank you for shopping with Anna Lohri Studio. This Refund & Return Policy explains your options regarding returns and refunds for purchases made at www.annalohristudio.com.

1. Returns 
Return requests are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return: 
• The item must be unused and in original condition 
• The item must be returned in original packaging where possible 
• Proof of purchase is required 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items 
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: 
• Custom or commissioned artwork 
• Personalized items 
• Digital downloads
• Items marked final sale 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items 
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at: 
annalohristudio@gmail.com

Include photos of the item and packaging. 
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

4. Refund Process 
Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved: 
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method 
• Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges 
We do not offer exchanges.

6. Commissioned Artwork 
All commissioned artwork is created specifically for the customer and is non-refundable once work has begun. 
By purchasing or requesting a commission, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

7. Policy Changes 
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
