Commission Policy

Thank you for your interest in commissioning artwork from Anna Lohri Studio. Please review the following terms before submitting your request. Submitting a commission form indicates that you understand and agree to these terms.

1. Commission Requests 
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. Each commission is reviewed individually based on availability, scope, and artistic fit.

2. Pricing and Payment 
Pricing varies depending on size, complexity, and materials. 
A price quote will be provided before work begins.

Work will begin only after payment arrangements are confirmed. 
A deposit or full payment may be required before the commission is started.

3. Creative Process 
Anna Lohri Studio retains artistic discretion regarding style, composition, and interpretation of the subject. Reference materials provided by the client will guide the work but do not guarantee exact replication.

4. Timeline 
Completion timelines vary by project and will be estimated during confirmation. Delays may occur due to workload, materials, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Revisions 
Minor revisions may be accommodated at the sketch or early stage when possible. 
Major revisions or changes after work has progressed may incur additional fees.

6. Cancellations & Refunds 
Commissions are custom-created and are non-refundable once work has begun. 
If cancellation occurs before work starts, refunds will be considered at our discretion.

7. Copyright & Usage 
The artist retains full copyright ownership of all commissioned artwork. 
The client receives ownership of the physical piece only.

Artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Anna Lohri Studio reserves the right to display commissioned work in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Communication 
Timely responses from the client are expected throughout the process. Extended lack of communication may delay completion.

9. Agreement 
By submitting a commission request, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
